Services are available to businesses that meet our eligibility criteria and complete required verification. We may request documentation for identity, business registration, and ownership structure. Eligibility is determined at our discretion and may vary by region and program partner.

UUCommerce provides virtual card issuance, spend management tools, supplier payment controls, and reporting capabilities for e-commerce operations including advertising spend management and procurement. Features and availability may vary by region and program partners. We do not guarantee availability of any specific feature.

Fees may apply to certain services, transactions, or features. Fee amounts are disclosed at onboarding and may vary by program partner. We aim to disclose applicable fees before you confirm actions. See our fee schedule for details. Currency conversion fees and third-party charges may also apply.

We operate in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. Users must provide accurate information and may be subject to identity verification and periodic re-verification as required by applicable law and program partner requirements. We reserve the right to suspend accounts pending compliance review.

You may not use services for any activity prohibited by applicable law or regulation, including but not limited to unlawful activity, financial crime, sanctions violations, or any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations. We may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of prohibited activity.

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your information and transactions. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

If you have a dispute, contact support@uucommerce.site. We aim to resolve disputes through discussion. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of HYPERCIEVE PTE. LTD.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or email.
